Victor and Nancy came to our house and cleaned 3 of our rooms, we were so impressed with how quick and efficient they were on a Saturday morning for us. They were friendly, professional and organized! They treated our carpets with products to help remove any animal smells due to us having a dog and cat in our home. They were able to remove stains from our carpet that I thought we would have forever. They even cleaned and sanitized a small rug we have. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and attention to deal! I can't thank you guys enough!
Víctor & Nancy make a great team. They are so friendly, fast and do excellent work. They are quick to respond, great communicators and arrive on time and finish ahead of schedule. So grateful to have found them! Second time getting our carpets cleaned and both times left me very happy!! They also had booties for us to wear after while carpets are drying! Great touch!
These guys are terrific! They came on time with a great attitude and completed the job with the minimum of fuss. We happily paid the price they asked, which incidentally was the price agreed on over the phone. They didn't try the common "Upgrade" ploy, just what was agreed. This is a family business run by Victor and his lovely wife and the care they take certainly reflects it. I will call no-one else for cleaning and janitorial services...California Steam Team are the best.
