The most horrible service I had by far. I'm not going to come again. My lashes didn't even make it a day, I did properly take care of them but the lashes Kept coming off and I had to buy my own seal and bond to put some of them on but by the end of the night I was getting ready to do my facial routine and the lashes had come off completely. I felt cheated because I gave you a good tip and also was so patient with your schedule even tho I had to modify mine for u several times. I feel as a customer I did my part, I paid you in advance, even though your website did not state that I would have to also get lash removal if I had previous extensions. I showed up to my appt and you appeared to be doing me a favor by not charging me rescheduling fees but I would have not made the appt in the first place. When I tried to cancel, you said I would still have to pay the session and all payments were not refundable. I get your time was being wasted but to keep my money when u did nothing on my is ridiculous! And then come the reschedule and the day of the appointment you had your car issues then another reschedule and I had to push my schedule 2 hours because you forgot someone was coming to inspect or fumigate and still no discount for MY inconvenience. You mentioned you were going to give me a free kit of idk what but honestly you have been my worst experience and your shop was so disorganized and didn't look sanitary as you make it seem. also your chair where I was laying on was moist it was such a disappointment and I hope you do your other clients better because your customer service was not it!
