Made a reservation Jan 14th and was told it was reserved and ready for the 26th of this month at 9am. Took the day off and have been calling both #’s and sending messages and didn’t get a response until about half an hr later saying my reservation wasn’t written down in the book. I’m moving out tomorrow and needed this done today. If you decide to use them make sure to keep messaging to confirm appointment. Other than that I don’t recommend because of how unreliable they were. Now need to find someone last min.
