We have used Atlas for years and Brad and his crew have always been responsive, professional and value pricing. Services we have used include acid wash, unclogging pipes, tile cleaning, pump replacement and light replacement. Quality work and highly recommended!

I've never had anything but good things to say about Atlas. Since Covid though. Nothing has been the same. From "accidentally " being double charged multiple times. To consistent price increases upwards of 30% from when we began with them 13+ years ago. To having a green UNSWIMMABLE pool. I understand phone receptionists often receive the brunt of frustrations as I certainly voiced mine today. But I've had a green pool and have been putting up with condescension from their female receptionist for the last few years and today I snapped. For the last two years our pool has been green and our receptionist has given us a bevy of excuses from being short staffed to Covid issues with our service. I accepted this. . I always paid. I never complained with repair prices or monthly service hikes. Their service technician Brody was the person who finally sat me down. Helped me get the things I needed and got my pool in beautiful shape last month. So I guess I was taken back when I got a bill and a letter today canceling our loyalty (during YOUR hard times) out from under us as your receptionist very passive aggressively told me you "hand picked our account to be terminated" She also chastised me for calling Brad (the owners) cell. Well I've had it since the business began and when I contacted YOUR business phone number 661-587-3573 to inquire as to WHY I was sent a 400$ bill, since I'm on autopay, and to get recommendations since the company would no longer be "servicing my area because it wasn't cost effective"---THE BUSINESS NUMBER WAS DISCONNECTED??? Yes I reached out to the owners cell to find out what was going on. To which I was greeted with more passive aggressive condescending conversation by the receptionist who intercepted the call... And yep. I lost it at that point. Perception is a funny thing. But, I also appreciate Brody to the fixing of our pool issues before the cancelation. Their service technician Brody is probably the best professional I have encountered in this new era of crappy customer service. I believe their decision to terminate our business as LOYAL customers was a blessing in disguise for us.

I am continually impressed with Atlas Pool customer service. They do a great job and anytime I've had an issue they do what is needed to make it right. I can't say enough good things about their service! Highly recommend.Service: Cleaning
