We have used Atlas for years and Brad and his crew have always been responsive, professional and value pricing. Services we have used include acid wash, unclogging pipes, tile cleaning, pump replacement and light replacement. Quality work and highly recommended!

I had an issue with my pool. Due to a physical injury I was unable to maintain it and it ended up green. I contacted Atlas and Brad came out and quoted me for a drain, acid wash and fill and start up chemicals. He quoted me $425.00. Drain and acid wash were done Thursday and Friday and then the pool filled up over the weekend. ( pool looks good employee who did the work was very good and professional). Monday I called to confirm the rest of the service and the young lady in the office confirmed I was in the schedule for the day but I was on the second page of appointments so it would more than likely be the end of the day when he got to me, that was no problem. I asked if she wanted me to pay then. She said I could and restated the $425.00 job total or I could wait just in case there were any additional charges that came up. He came the next day and nothing was said to me that there were any additional charges. So Thursday morning I called to pay. I spoke to another woman and she stated that the charge was $525.00. I told her that Brad quoted me $425.00 and the young lady yesterday said $425.00. She said that the service was always $525.00 and that I was wrong. I guess the moral of the story is get a written quote. Or do business with reputable companies.
