The owner, Sean is extremely personable, kind, and works with you to get the best possible unit and deal you can find in town. I wouldn’t recommend any other AC place in Bakersfield. Honestly, had a bad experience with the lady who answers the phone. I think her name was macy! She was beyond rude. Don't understand why they would have someone like her answer calls but anyway, the man who came to fix my AC was great! I did not catch his name but he's a really tall man haha. He got the job done and notified me as soon as everything on the roof checked out. Turned my AC on right away :)
