Fairly new to acupuncture, have now been 4 times for my TMJ . Let me tell you , relief has been a godsend . I do not want to continue to rely on medication, Dr Zen took his time to talk and listen . Both Dr Zen and Eva have been amazing .
Excellent experience with both accupuncture and massage therapy. I was able to book appointments with the front office staff very easily. They were kind, polite, and willing to help find open times and dates that worked for my busy schedule. Dr. Zen was very knowledgable and compassionate in understanding my areas of pain. He provided thorough care during my treatments and would inquire as to how I was feeling, and where I was hurting on each visit. The massage therapist would vary, but the treatment would always be focused on my specific needs. The right amount of pressure and the pain areas were always worked on with overall concern for my well-being.
Overall 5 stars, coming from someone who has a L5-S1 Fusion, and has had acupuncture before in the past at other offices, I can honestly say I am getting some pain relief with this office treatments. Dr. Zen is great at what he does. I go 2x weekly, and it is helping with inflammatory/ache/pains Its definitely worth visiting as he listens to your concerns and his staff is professional and polite!! Thank you for being a service here in bakersfield!
