my husband and I came here as a last resort because our usual place was busy but I will NEVER come back! There were 2 women a young one and an older one. Because we came around 7:20 they said they only had 30min massages and not full hour ones. They charged $40 per massage, our usual place charges $60 for a full massage. We paid $80 and that massage has been the worse one ever! Both my husband and I were talking about how these massages have been the worst ones we've paid for. she started massaging my back and legs only, then she pressed on my head scalp but then was hitting my head just as hard as she was doing my back! I said ouch and she said "oh ok" She never massaged my arms or my feet. she seemed as if she didn't know what she was doing. At the end my husband gives them $10, and says $5 for each and they said "No, $10 each" she was sticking her hand out and I gave them to her. It was an awful experience, these people are frauds. They are across a church and Azusa Pacific, don't come here and save your money! I usually don't post reviews but these ladies were awful!

The massage was pretty good!! But the fact that she asked for a tip before I even got the actual massage was bad! After the massage I gave her a tip she said "this tip is small for a whole hour it's $10 or more" wtffff I wanted to take my tip back and not give her sh** ughhhh! So rude never again!

I'm a traveling chef that enjoys a great massage due to the long hours that I work on my feet. I like supporting local businesses so I ventured into Royal Massage today. The woman behind the counter looked at me strange as if I was from outer space. I asked if I could set up an appointment to receive a massage.She informed me that it would be a 20 minute wait. She went back to consult with another woman. I heard the other woman say "No Negro." She told me to come back in 20 min. The place was empty. I laughed on the way out of the door. Last time I checked my money was green. Horrible customer service and discrimination!
