Best Salon for all your needs. Permanent makeup, haircuts, highlights, eyebrows, waxing. I've been coming here for over 20 years and I love the atmosphere. Employees are very sweet and welcoming. Came in with straight all one length long hair to my butt. Got long layers and kept length. I love it. Thank you Rosa. You da best!
