Scissor happy hairstylist butchered my hair. Even though I showed her about five samples of an easy cut, she managed to screw up my already cut that was growing out slightly and I ended up with a different cut. Apart from that, these women were laughing and talking bad about different customers and being condescending.I have NO doubt they were talking about me after I left. These women were cutting an 11 yr. old (approx.) child's hair and asked him if he wanted it "blended" and how long did he want it on top! I mean, if they can't see a haircut and copy it, but expect the customers to guide and lead them, then they ought not to be cutting hair. They are snarky when communicating and I had to redirect their misguided accusatory tone and clarify that they were the ones that had screwed up royally. I cannot give a minus ten stars, but I would if I could. Don't go here or you just might regret it. I did and do still... I didn't feel bad not giving a tip for one second. I almost feel like I should not have been asked to pay for my cut since they screwed up so badly.
