She broke down the massages for us, offered us water, & asked if we wanted separate or joint rooms. We waited for a bit for our appointment to start. They took us back to the massage room at 8:05, and they massage started at 8:13, and completed at 8:15. It was amazing ! They were very mindful about how much pressure they were giving us.
