“I have been coming to Phillips Ranch Dental (PRD) since the 80's. I moved out of California in the 90's, but when I moved back to the area, I came right back to PRD!<br>At the beginning of this year, and out of convenience to where I live, I went to another dentist, WRONG DECISION!!<br><br>Last Friday, while eating a piece of beef jerky, my front crown came off! I called PRD, after hours emergency, and Dr. Merchant answered the phone. He was so sympathetic to what was happening. Unfortunately, PRD is not open on Saturday, however, Dr. set me up for a Monday morning appointment and just in case I couldn't wait, he also recommended the name of a dentist I could go to that was open on Saturday. I chose to wait for Monday's appointment. I made the RIGHT DECISION!!!<br><br>Dr. Merchant and his team are the most caring, attentive, patient, and professional group of dental providers I have ever had the opportunity to assist me with my dental care!!<br>I'm NOT going anywhere else for my dental care!!! They are stuck with me!“

“Dr. Q and her staff were the most efficient, polite, friendly, thorough, empathetic, and notable of all of the dentist I’ve ever had. I am a 58-year-old male. On this visit, my first visit, I was shown the x-rays of my teeth and the photographs of my teeth to have a really good visual understanding of what’s going on in my mouth. Their team laid out a plan that would keep my mouth in healthy working order. I am a previous heart patient with a stent so oral care can be directly related to heart health and I now have a better understanding of how to keep my teeth and gums healthy. My insurance is an HMO and unfortunately, they were not in my plan, but I have learned overtime that there are many many dentists out there who don’t really go the extra mile for their patients. “Love my dentist! I like how they see their patients on time. They don’t try to up sell you here with random things that you really don’t need, like a lot of other dental offices do. Things like that is what really turns me off from a place. Even when they are busy my appointment has always been on time. Dentist sometimes seems like he’s in a rush trying to get to all his patients, but if you ask him a question he will always take the time to stay and respond to it.“

My second visit was an unfortunate extraction, which was performed with skill, minimal pain, and compassion. He is professional, up to date on techniques, and listens to you.
