I really loved my grass, at first. When I got it done, I was assured I would have no problem with the placement, as it was slanted toward my home. Whenever we would get rain, the water essentially ended up pouring towards our home, which isn't my main concern...but it did cause pooling. My problem is the dips that have been created and loose grass. Again, I was assured that if there was any issue, they would come out and fix it. However, Sixto, the owner keeps ignoring my requests to come check it out. He says he will come, but doesn't respond or call back when you ask when. I am very disappointed because he seemed so nice and eager to get the job done. I really hope he would keep his word and come fix it, before it gets worse.
If you have a nice property, I would NOT hire this company. To be fair, even though I do believe these guy do this everyday, but the job quality is mediocre at best. Lines not straight, edge crooked. The base was done in a rush and not leveled properly. It will not match a high end property, nor their owner’s expectations .Service: Artificial turf installation
Make sure you measure your own square footage, before you call Sixto. Even though the per sqft price he quote you might seen reasonable at first, the guy is dishones, and will add 15% more to your actual grass area. I only know this becuase I ordered the grass myself, and this guy try to charge me more sqft than I ordered.Service: Artificial turf installation
