I'm very disappointed with this physical therapy company. I used them a few years ago and I really like what they did and I even recommended them to other individuals going through physical therapy.However recently, I have left three messages and no one has returned my phone call. I asked whether they were still open or am I wasting my time and again no reply , no response so after three messages either this place is closed or they don't bother returning patient's phone calls -which is not a good sign for me , so I will move on. I'm really disappointed because I need some physical therapy and I wanted to use them again but without any communication with them I have no idea what is going on with this physical therapy establishment.

This place doesn't care about their patients just their insurance money. I was running a little late and they wouldn't take me in because of that. I understand being punctual but as I informed them I work in LA and had to get out of work early to rush here and just needed a little leeway but they didn't want to help and pushed me aside. The gentle men at the desk were not mean but they were rude. I wouldn't recommend this place for people looking for a nice compassionate service. only go here if you are looking to get the cold shoulder

After a prior bad PT experience I was cautious going here my first time. Vin and staff put me at ease and after my first session am amazed at the reduced level of pain I'm in right now.
