Came to astro electric because I caught one of their employee's on my property looking into our home and using our electrical sockets without permission when we have NEVER hired them for any services. Came to their office today to ask about this employee as we also had video recording of what had happen. The incompetent employee at the main office brushed off the situation and basically told us its not his problem nor did they care what their employees are doing. From the very beginning he was rude and dismissive which would make anyone upset. So you don't even know what employees you have? And how their actions represent your company? He had the nerve to call me "huffy" for being upset when he could not answer any my questions or show any sign of professionalism.

I've been in the electrical business for over 20 years , and it's is very rare to come across someone as genuine and professional as the people at five star. They are courteous, efficient and effective. And in my line of work, those are the things that mean the most to me. I appreciate their business, and they appreciate me just as much.

DANGEROUS! The driver tried to kill us while driving on the road I would not trust them at all! They are very dangerous and deadly company. They do not care about anyone and tried to run us off the road. Very scary! DO NOT TRUST!!
