“MY wife and I live in a large single level ranch style house in Arnold. On February first of this year (2024), during some of the coldest days of the winter, our 27 year old forced air furnace conked out, completely quit. I called a number of HVAC contractors in the area to see what kind of replacements were available and obtained a number of quotes.
