I just recently started coming to this clinic, but am very pleased with all of my experiences so far! The lab techs are great - both skilled with the needle for sure! No problems whatsoever there... and it was a nice, relaxed, friendly environment. My medical appointments went smoothly as well. We spent lots of time discussing things... no rush whatsoever! This was a big contrast to some of the other doctors offices I've been to in the past. The subject(s) we discussed were actually new to me, so I had a lot of questions - all of which were answered! No "pop in and out" by the doctor because she was trying to see too many patients or anything like that. The nurse also spent time talking to me as well. They worked together well as a team too. Since the appointment, follow up has been impressive. No problems with prescriptions coming in (mailed to me)... I've been contacted for further follow up with specialists as expected and so on. They're doing a great job of tracking everything. I'm very impressed with the personalized service i've received. Actually looking forward to future visits
