Another phase for getting the Granite Bay house ready to sell ... complete! Steve and Vince (Spiteri Brothers Hardwood and Flooring - Loomis/Sacramento based) did an AMAZING job!! Priced reasonably, professional, gave great suggestions, and low-key small business. Highly recommend them if you want perfectionists! THANKS ?

Are 6 stars possible? Steve and his brother know what they are doing and they are professional and personable. They went above and beyond to fully refinish my parents' floors and took care of a repair as well. The process and expected results were explained in detail. We couldn't be happier with the results. Honest people, honest pricing.
