“Jones Family Roofing is where it is at! They are a small family-owned and family-run roofing company here in the Sacramento/Placer county area and everyone I interacted with at this company was just a gem.While we hired Jones Family Roofing in 2023, our story goes back to 2017. Recently widowed, my mom saw something she though meant she needed a new roof. She mentioned this to her HVAC serviceman who referred her to Jones Family Roofing.Richard came out to look at my mom's concerns and he assured her that her roof was perfectly fine and should be for another 5-6 years. “Ramiro, the owner of Reliable Roofing was personally involved with every step of re-roofing our home. He was the most professional contractor we have ever employed. Our roof was removed very efficiently by a crew of a dozen hard-working men. This two week project had a daily rhythm of starting work at sunrise and ending the day at sundown. There were no "days off". The crew was courteous and fastidious. Each day our outdoor area was cleaner than we ever see it. Ramiro promptly answered every one of our questions. His price wasn't the cheapest, nor was it the most expensive. He treats his workers well, making sure their safety is the first priority. He provided them lunch every day as well.
