Do not use unless you want Anthony, the tech to treat you and talk to you like crap, especially if you're woman. He made a difficult situation even worse and left my friend crying. Shame on him and his Neanderthal brain.

I called at 7pm on the hottest day of the year because my A/C went out. Anthony came out within 2 hours and fixed my unit with a simple startup cap replacement. He knew right away what it needed by my description and we were back in business. He's prompt, professional and responsive. I've since hired him to do a full new construction install and he's been great to deal with. He's the new owner and takes great pride in taking care of his customers. Don't hesitate to contact them for honest and reliable work!

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They were originally hired by the seller of my new house to do required repairs to the air conditioning unit. According to the Home Inspector, the unit wasn't performing the required temperature drop. The recommendation was to bring in a licensed contractor and perform all necessary repairs. On 08/16/2019, their technician came to perform the necessary repairs to put the unit back to proper working order. According to their bill receipt, their technician claimed that he ran and cleaned the unit, plus checked the mounting, and allegedly some other minor repairs. The total cost was, $485. They claimed the unit was working properly. When I moved in on 09/08/2019, and turned on the unit, it didn't seem right. The outside temperatures were going into the 90s. The air conditioning unit wasn't cooling my home, it stayed 84-87 degrees. I contacted my realtor and explained the situation to her. She contacted them and arranged for a technician to come out. The day the technician arrived he went up on the roof to allegedly repair the unit. When he came into the house and gave me his report, he stated everything is order. I asked him if he was absolutely certain of his report, YES! Unfortunately, he was extremely off base. The unit wasn't cooling the house at all, my little dog and I were dying from the heat. I called them and left a message, stating that they needed to immediately come out and get the unit operating, or I would consider legal action. Once again, I immediately notified my realtor. She contacted them and they were extremely rude. They wouldn't come to the house with me here, very unprofessional. I hired Belle Air Systems to run a full diagnostic test. Eric Conner and his helper came out and spent a very long time going through the unit. What they discovered was alarming. First off, they said that Miller's report is totally invalid. They couldn't have ran and cleaned the unit, it's absolutely filthy. They couldn't have checked the mounting because it's not even installed correctly. The unit needs total replacement. This means that their receipt claims are invalid. According to Belle Air Systems estimate, a total replacement cost is, $9,400. Miller's has been contacted numerous times with no response. They aren't even BBB accredited with allegedly over 50 years of operation. I had to file a claim with their bonding insurance company. Also a BBB claim.
