Once again - they blew me away. My husband and I needed to come in and get the glasses that we ordered. And only 2 weeks ago - they are already in! The night before I was experiencing some issues with my eye. One of my contacts tore and I didn't realize it. My began to water and my vision began to blur. The moment we walked in to the office Haley's smile reassured me once we picked up our glasses she would look to see about getting me in to see Doctor Goodrich. We both picked up our glasses and would have been in and out and within 20 minutes until Brandon whisked me away to do an initial exam on my eyes and determine the issue. No notice, just took me in - SAY WHAT! He did a few tests and Im still blown away with his knowledge. I learn something every time I leave there. Dr. Goodrich came in - did some more tests and I left there with drops in hand and a plan, along with a follow-up appointment next week to make sure they are getting better. This office is so amazing - I feel as though I should be tipping them as I leave. Fun Fact? All contacts let a different amount of air in. Yep - just learned that Thank you guys for being so damn amazing

A complete thrill to work with. After the loss of my night vision, the thought of driving with the rest of society made me nervous. The staff was quick to adjust my mindset with the utmost care. Their office is very clean. I saw multiple cleaning supplies during my visit. I wouldn't eat off the floor, but if forced I wouldn't mind if a napkin was present. I waited a total of 5 minutes before getting called into a room to start my procedures. (I was on time. Results may vary if you feel you can't make it on time) I was shown what each machine did, why it did what it did, and how it could help me. DO NOT PUT YOUR FINGERS IN THE EYE HOLES. IT DOES NOTHING. The staff was a pleasant experience as well. Very knowledgeable, and quick to reach out and make sure YOU are comfortable. There was no funny business. Only business business. I'm so glad I got my eyes checked here instead of "the guys down the road" (mainly because the guy down the road is a dentist) 10/10 will return if I lose more vision.

Hands down, the best I've been to in Auburn. For the past few years I've been dissatisfied with other offices in the area. Auburn Family Optometry does not disappoint. From my first call To set an appointment, to my follow up contact appointment with Nadia. Every single team member makes you feel welcomed, important, listened too and more. Dr. Jason Allgeier was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and professional. He addressed all of my issues and concerns. Nadia helped me find the perfect pair of glasses, sunglasses along with getting me scheduled for a contact consultation (which was booked for the next day!) Upon return the next day for my contact consultant, Nadia was incredible. It was a full on mini contact 101 class. From handling etiquette, insert and removal techniques and more. I was amazed with how easy she was to work with. She also scheduled me for a one week follow up, sent me home with trial lenses to "work with" and off I went. Their explanation of my benefits and how to beat maximize them was incredibly helpful. We found our new home for eye care. I will be making an appointment for the rest of my family.
