I used the functional medicine 3-month program with Jen. I wasn't sure how my body would react to this program. I am now able to eat normally again
I know which foods to avoid. I am sleeping better and am in a regular exercise routine again. I am feeling a lot better as well. In addition to the functional medicine program, I also had my hormones tested. I had been going through menopause for some time. I was hoping to have support for my symptoms. I was able to get relief with sleep, bloating,energy levels, and migraines. Overall, I am glad that I committed to the program and recommend it to others as well.
Great place for those that want health without drugs. Jennifer had me tested to see what herbs would bring up my white blood cell count and I'm glad to say they worked. No drugs needed!
