My family has owned and operated some Carl's Jr restaurants for about 25 years. We have had to use several companies for refrigeration, as they never seem to work out. That has changed, however, since we started working with California Environmental. We have been working with them now for several years and can't imagine ever using anyone else. CES is our go to company for all of our refrigeration and HVAC needs.
