New Auburn Cemetery

HORRIBLE!! If you can avoid it, do not bury a loved one at this cemetery. The staff are rude and uncaring. Unfortunately, my Mom is buried here. We have yet to have a decent interaction with staff. The grounds are uneven and most of the time the water spickets don’t work. Worst of all is the lack of compassion from staff. Today I arrived at 3:45 as I knew the cemetery unreasonably closes at 5pm. At 4:45 a rude woman drove by, barely slowed down and yelled at my Aunt and I that we needed to leave in the next few minutes because the gate was getting locked and if we were there she would have to call authorities. How are these hours suppose to work for someone , who wants to visit their grandfather.... Most people work until 4 in the afternoon and usually are free weekends. I was trying to take my wife to visit her grandfather but nope closed. At least at my grandfather's cemetery they are open from Mon - Fri 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Sat - Sun 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please for the sake of us and everyone else change your hours not every can afford to take time off.

This is a beautiful city, my entire family helped establish the area, selling their ranch to create the freeway that travels through it. My dream is to retire here, as close to my family's original land and ranch as possible!
