An incredibly professional company. Dean Topping and Sea Breeze was about the fourth or fifth roofing company that I was trying to get a bid from. He was so professional, down to earth, and provided excellent examples of materials and explanations of the situation regarding my particular roofing and storm damage problem. He was very responsive on the telephone. And once everything finally got scheduled and organized, the work went like clockwork. He has a large team of extremely hard-working gents they show up before they're supposed to show up, work hard all day long and get the job done within time limits absolutely. When problems are encountered that are unanticipated they were handled with speed and accuracy. Problems were explained and addressed. Dean is very personable and affable. He's honest, reliable, and for a single woman walks you through the process. Seabreeze even did some extra things for me like stabilized by tilted mailbox! And blew out the vent for my laundry dry or because of vintage up through the roof; that was a real help. I also requested the skylight to be installed and they were able to do that. This has made a world of difference in my dark cave like bathroom. Highly recommended; if you need a new roof this is the company to go with.

We used Sea Breeze Roofing and love the way our roof looks. We weren't quite sure what color to choose, Dean from Seabreeze made a few suggestions based on his experience. So glad we let him take the reins, it turned out beautiful! They showed up when they said they would, completed the job quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Dean and Jennifer are awesome, very easy to work with, flexible and fair. We highly recommend them, they stand behind their work and do a fantastic job!! You won't be disappointed!
