I won't recommend this place and won't go there again. 1. I was late for my appointment because I was sick the day before the appointment. It opens at 10:00 am in the morning and my appointment was scheduled at 10:30 am. I tried to call them at 10 to cancel my appointment because of my illness. However no one picks up the phone. Because of their cancellation policy, I have to go. Then I was late for 25 minutes. She said because it's my fault, she needs to finish the appointment at the time we originally scheduled, even though she does not have any customer after me and she spent a lot of time trying to sell me her products, which I will explain later. I am basing my review on my online order NOT in-salon interactions: I was glad to see a distributor in the states carried Biologique Recherche which I love for my skincare regiment. I was working out of town, in a different time zone and while at work, I placed an order for a couple of new products. In my half asleep haze, I must have misread something as I one of the products I ordered was for the body rather than the face, which is what I truly needed. When I returned home, I saw my mistake and wrote ESC staff asking whether I could exchange the item I didn't mean to purchase. The response shocked me beyond belief. I got gift certificate for a facial . It was very very good hour and a half of heaven . Was introduced to a very good product it's not cheap but well worth it . Definitely be back
