I'd like to share my recent frustrating experience with Poly Clean Center for you to be aware of their unprofessional behavior and deceit. I've been their customer for 8 years and took a few clothes for dry cleaning after we returned from our vacation in Europe. I paid around $85 when I picked up my clothes (without inspecting them at the store) on 7 October. Upon inspection at home, I found two large stains on my cashmere top and saw that the cream color of my sweater has a greenish hue. Unfortunately I regret even posting 1 star ? for this establishment. I called in advance on 09/30/22 and explained in detail that I have 2 cushions that need the zippers put back on and some stitching work. So I brought down all 5 just in case. The lady on the phone assuming it's the owner was so rude. She told me to bring them in, and I did. When I got there she says we don't even have the tools to work on this. She took the pillows complaining the whole time about she doesn't make much money on this type of work? And I told her to charge me more then it's OK. I have patronized this establishment since the Father and present Owner, were here, which was in the 70's. The quality of service and work is excellent, with reasonable prices. That is why I have come for over 40 years. Thanks go to the Owner, Teresa, and her lovely Associates,
