I want to shout out Story Termite & Pest Control! I thought I had termites, so I called Terminix for a free inspection. They arrived, did a quick inspection, and told me I have subterranean termites and needed to start a monthly plan costing over $170 per month. I wanted a second opinion. Steve with Story Termite and Pest came the next business day and as soon as he arrived, he quickly said these weren’t termites…just ants! He showed me photos to prove it. He told me what to go buy at Home Depot for under $20 and problem solved. He didn’t make a dime but gave me incredible and honest customer service! Thank you!
