After having the first roofing company I contracted with cancel the job on the day they were scheduled to start, I was left scrambling to find a company who could do the work before this winters rainy season began. Mid State Roofing was able to complete the job for a very good price, with a superior product and done in just two days. There was some dry rot that was not discovered until the old roof was removed. I thought he additional cost of $150 for plywood, facia boards and labor was reasonable.
