Our AC. Stopped working a few evenings ago. I called Pacific Air the next morning and they had a man out within a hour and a half. I had called a couple companies before them and they told me it would be a week! Zack and his helper showed up and immediately fixed the problem and was reasonable and friendly. I highly recommend this company. Five stars!

We had our Furnace stop running and powering our thermostat, with the temps in Feb. That would have left the house in the low 50's by morning . Unable to diagnose the issue we called Pacific Air around 3p on a Tuesday. The technician that answered, Zach's day had already ended but he was willing to stop by and see if it was a simple problem he could fix without his work truck. That was such a a kind move and sure enough he had the issue diagnosed and fixed in minutes and even waited much longer to let the thermostat charge and really make sure the job was totally done. Our 30-year-old furnace was working okay, I scheduled a preventive maintenance annual inspection. The Technician was very professional and competent. He discovered the heat exchanger was leaking carbon monoxide into our home. This might explain why our son is having respiratory problems. They ordered to replacement and installed it quickly. Also, explained we could still put in a heat pump if our A/C needs replacement.
