I wholeheartedly recommend Eddie Sapien and Network Construction for any remodel or general construction project. We wanted to put down some wood flooring in two rooms. While I was confident in my DIY ability for the small room, I was not confident with the large living/dining room. This room is a focal point from the foyer and contains a wide step down. We live in an old house which had wood paneling on one of our large walls. We removed the paneling and encountered terrible 50 year old wallpaper which was really flaky and hard to remove. We ended up getting all the paper off but there was glue, residue, and lead paint left behind. That's when we decided we needed a professional to skim coat our wall. We could have attempted to do it ourselves but it's in our living room and a major focal point in the house so we wanted it to be done well. Eddie was very accommodating to our schedules.
