Although they are very busy, Kai & his dad were quick to respond to my inquiries and provide an estimate to re-do an old pergola that needed a lot of work. He and his dad are very pleasant, respectful, trustworthy, and easy to communicate with which helped me feel comfortable hiring them for the job.
