If you need help with your typewriter, this is your guy. Rick is very knowledgeable and kind. Would recommend to anyone who needs help with their typewriter. Great customer service, and Rick fixed feeding issues with my printer - a problem I assumed I would have the rest of the time I owned this printer. I also learned I can order ink through him. Will do that the next time I need more ink for my laser printer.

They saved my favorite printer! An old reliable HP that suffered from operator error was repaired, cleaned up and ready for many more years of meeting my print needs. Reasonable, reliable and local. And their store is such a treasure, a technology museum, truly worth a visit. What a neat find and right in Atascadero.
