We have had a fair amount of plumbing problems this last year. Benjamin Franklin has been our most not only reliable but extremely prompt and just a nice guy. He immediately knew what was wrong and proceeded to fix it quickly.
Our water heater was leaking, and Kimberly was very kind and arranged service for that day. Chris V came out during the scheduled time, and quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to replace our water heater. He provided EXCELLENT service. He was very knowledgeable, professional, kind, and helpful. Thank you Chris and the team at Benjamin Franklin!
Right before our Fourth of July family gathering our water heater died. Within 24 hours we had a new one installed. The professional did a remarkable job and was pleasant to boot! These guys rock.
