These guys are awesome! Our pressure switch went out late yesterday afternoon, so no water for us! I called Farm Supply, as they have always been good to us, and all of their service guys had left for the day at 4:30! I left multiple messages on their emergency line with no response. This morning with still no water, I called Filipponi and Thompson at 6:30am and left a message hoping to get on their schedule first thing. At 7:30 I got a call and was told they'd send someone out asap. Sure enough by 9:15 Zach and another guy were here and fixed our issue within a few minutes! They also checked our holding tank and other things to make sure all is well. Super nice guys! By the way, I had gotten a call back from Farm Supply at 9:00am and they said they might be able to get someone out later today or tomorrow! No thanks! I'll be calling Filipponi and Thompson from now on!
John is the best communicator in any business I've seen! Calls you back right away. Calls you to tell you he's on his way. Calls you if he can't be there at the time he proposed. I sincerely appreciate that! Has been about 30 days since the 1st treatment. Have not seen a new gopher mound anywhere in my backyard since. He and his partner were very nice and professional. It was a very good experience. I had needed their services in san luis and then I needed their services in Atascadero and was thrilled with the results of the carpet cleaning. I got same day service from when I called and he was very nice and professional. I had a big job for them to do and they did it in a very efficient way and the amount of time it took as compared to other carpet cleaners was way better and the quality of the results were better.

Being on vacation in the Morro Bay / Paso Robles wine area and had an accidental dropping of my eye glasses in the B&B we were staying at. The frames broke with a broken screw. They were progressive glasses, so they were for both for reading and driving. So kind had a problem. I'm a Kaiser member on medicare and senior avantage. So my eye glasses are cover by Kaiser. But the only problem there's no Kaiser facility in the Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo or Morro Bay Area. On to Yelp to see if we could find emergency services for the in area. "Michael's Optical"came up with many pleasant comments that they help people in the past with emergency problems. So my wife gave them a call to make sure they were open and if they could hep me. They thought they could help me in my situation. We were in and out of the store in about 15 minutes. They fix my eye glasses and made what I thought was going to a very uncomfortable day driving home into a pleasant drive. They staff was very nice and very understanding of the situation. Five star service, friendly and fast. Best of all they didn't even charge for the repair. Highly recommend for emergency eye glasses repair.

Two of our children (ages 23 and 10) have taken lessons from Mr. Bachman over the last several years in ukulele , guitar, and piano. They both have really appreciated him and love their lessons! He works well with different learning styles and is very patient when students are having a challenging time picking up certain concepts. He's very reasonable with his pricing and flexible with lessons. We highly recommend him!

Austin contacted me and did the template and within 3 weeks it was installed. The price for the work was very reasonable, the level of communications was beyond excellent, and the installers were professional and respectful while in my home. Took my teen to get her long one-length natural color hair, cut into layers with curtain bangs. Really nice salon with a peaceful vibe. Kendra was her stylist and did a great job. Sabel even consulted and helped blend her bangs. Much attention paid to hair texture, thickness, and cutting techniques for each. I was very impressed, and my daughter loves it!

Usually easy to get into. I've only really had Felix or Larry cut my hair. I think Felix is now retired due to health. I always get a quality cut here. Larry is amazing. He's in his 80's and still doing a superb job. He's so fun to talk with as well. Big Dodger fan and it's great to talk old LA history with him. It's not a super fast cut. But he gives you his time and attention to make sure you are well taken care of. He's been cutting my hair for 10-12 years and I have been very impressed with his skill and wonderful demeanor. Hoping he'll hang in there for years to come.

These ladies are absolute life savers! Very patient and caring! I went in without having brushed my hair for months and they were 100% willing to try whatever they could. Kathy and Karen were the 2 wonderfully beautiful woman who help with my tragedy of a head of hair. I didn't want to cut my hair but at the end of the day ended up needing to anyway. These ladies made me feel so good about it though. They showed me style options and even offered wigs. They made me feel so beautiful walking out with my hair cut short. I found Brandi nearly 2 years ago when I grew tired of driving over the grade to SLO every time I needed a wax. It turned out to be the best lazy decision I ever made. Brandi is sweet, personable, and is incredibly thorough (seriously, 10/10 and puts the 'big name' SLO wax shop to shame). Brandi doesn't just treat you like a number, but makes the entire process easy and relaxing - which is a challenge when you're buck naked in front of a stranger getting your hair ripped out. She is now, and will forever be, my go-to gal for waxing.

This is one of the best massages I've had in years! My massage therapist was Wendy and my husband had Lisa. Both ladies were amazing at what they do! We definitely would like to come back again!

I received such great service from this plumbing company. Mike came out first and he is very familiar with my house. He assessed my need for a hot water heater and was ready to install it. Since it was later in the day I asked that the installation of the new heater be put off until the next day. Mike was very willing to work late but I preferred to wait. Alex and Jesus came in the morning at exactly the time I was quoted. They told me exactly what was going to happen and they were done in about 2 and 1/2 hours. The bill was exactly as quoted by Mike. I felt that the bill was reasonable for the work and materials provided. Mike, Alex and Jesus are all very respectful and friendly. I recommend Red's On Time Plumbing without reservation.

Now names Bullard Family Construction. They are amazing. A very nice and extremely talented family. I've had 2 projects done: installation of pavers and gut and redo of guest bathroom. Both projects turned out great. Neighbors keep commenting on the paver installation since it was outside in front and side. Cannot say enough about Lois, Steve, Sterling, Stetson, and Wyatt. I feel blessed that they took these projects on and did an outstanding job.

The best roadwork around. The crew arrived when they were scheduled, the work was done with the best materials, and the project remained in budget.
The master bathroom and bedroom of our rental flooded while the tenants were out of town due to a faulty supply line in the master bathroom sink and the damage that resulted was massive. The entire master bathroom had to be rebuilt from the studs up and flooring and drywall had to be replaced in the bedroom. Central Coast Casualty Restoration helped us from the initial emergency response through the entire repair process. The experience working with this company was absolutely excellent. Wade helped us with the initial emergency response and was at our house within 2 hours of calling the company with a crew to start tearing out flooring/ carpet and insulation and air movers and dehumidifiers to start the dry-out process. They ran non-stop, with Wade checking in daily, for the next 6 days until the space was dried out (verified and documented with digital moisture measurements of the walls and floor). The demo process happened next and this was done with incredible cleanliness and minimal impact to the rest of the home. Finally the repairs process was headed up by Angel, who was incredible to work with. He is an excellent communicator, always keeping us informed of the schedule of contractors at each stage of the repair process, and took initiative at each stage of repairs to go the extra mile in making sure all repairs were on-target for a rapid finish. We had a tight deadline to get repairs finished for some incoming renters and throughout the process Angel did everything in his power to meet that deadline. Before I could even ask a question about when this or that contractor or repair would happen next, he would already text or call informing me that the next step had been scheduled and was in-progress. I could not be more impressed by my experience working with him. On top of that, all the sub-contractors we had out to do the drywall, plumbing, flooring, painting, and insulation were extremely professional, courteous, and enjoyable to work with. While having a massive flood happen at our property was not in any way ideal, the whole crew at Central Coast Casualty Restoration made the process of dealing with this disaster as painless as possible. If you find yourself dealing with a similar situation, I could not recommend them more.

Couldn't find a more perfect dentist office to take my kids! Today was my 2 y/o first visit and all my worries were for nothing; the dentist, assistants and staff made his 1st dental experience pure fun and all smiles! From fishes and packman in the lobby to video games in the exam chair, letting him help bag up his new loot (toothbrush, flossers, toothpaste and stickers!) All this made his exam, cleaning and fluoride treatment a breeze. He was happy as could be when he got a new bouncy ball as his reward! Thank you Pure Pediatric!

My dog is now 17, and pretty healthy, but I switched to ECV last year when I was concerned about his teeth. Dr. Robinson was very gentle with him and after senior blood work got him in asap for a cleaning and 2 extractions. He did very well ( even at 16 yrs old!) with the anesthesia and I could tell he felt better too. Just recently he had an exam with Dr Schmidt (another fantastic vet!) and she's helping him with some arthritis and anxiety. He's very deaf and losing his sight slowly, but this office is keeping him in the best shape possible and he's still running around like a puppy. In between naps! The front and back office personnel are always helpful and informative, I highly recommend this office.
We've been going to El Camino Veterinary hospital for a long time now. I've been very happy and impressed with their care there. Recently we had to have one of our precious kitties put down due to illness causing poor quality of life and pain. When we called they got us in immediately. We were of course very sad and crying. They have a special area for this which was very comforting. I was so very impressed with their empathy and kindness in this matter. They were so kind and caring to our little kitty and to us making it so much easier to go through such a sad time. I couldn't be more thankful to have such wonderful people to care for our animals and us.

I am not an expert on massage techniques but I went to Phoenix Massage Therapy in Atascadero recently and received a 90 minute massage from Wendy and it was one of the best massages I have ever received. Wendy was professional in her approach and checked to see that the level of massage was good and not too rough or hard. She even massaged my fingers and toes. I also appreciated that the massage went for the full 90 minutes. The room was very clean and there was soft relaxing music. I'll be back for sure.

So impressed! My mom, son and I all did the 30min foot & 30min body, for 60 mins total. We all agreed that was the best massage we have received in a very long time. The foot massage they used pressure points on the bottom of the foot. Each massage therapist geared the massage to what we needed. My mom in her 70s they were gentle, attentive, and applied just enough pressure for her. For my son they used a deeper pressure to work out knots in his shoulders. My massage was a perfect balance of pressure; one day after and the numbness in my hand I’d been having is gone!
I just got an amazing 90 min massage by Tom. I highly recommend this place. Courteous, clean with just the right touch. The hot stones were the highlight for me. I will be back for sure!
