During this recent heavy rain and strong winds our heater stopped working and our thermostat showed us an E74 error. I google the issue and found on YouTube a couple solutions, but unfortunately nothing worked. Being that it was Sunday I did not expect an answer, but I got an answer and an appointment to service my unit within 24 hrs. I was unable to meet our scheduled appointment time, but Arvin Aire worked with me to reschedule. Honestly, this was an emergency call from my end and they could have taken advantage of that, but he was straightforward and fair about the services provided. Arvin Aire is a family owned business that provides trustworthy work. I've know Ramon, the owner, for a long time and I can say he will be honest and transparent with his clients.

I used them for my Insurance business and they have great rates for a new install. I recommend them blonde to my clients for their home services. The owner was attentive and beat the other 2 quotes by a long shot. In Arvin but pretty sure they service Bakersfield.
