I was amazed by the customer service, hair cut quality, and the speed at which the workers were working at. The haircut took less than 15 minutes and was extremely impressed. I was surprised by $13 men haircut sign and let me tell you it was one of the best cuts I have ever gotten in my life. I am a 22 year male and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in this area. You won’t regret it. The workers here treated me like family, made me feel comfortable, and sparked great conversations throughout my time here.

OH my Goodness! I saw this place on the way to my house and decided to cut my hair today... And This place is amazing! Super friendly staffs, hair stylists are top notch! Most importantly after Hair cut.... I looked Hot ! Special shout out to the all the staffs @ Top Star Hair Salon! You guys are truthfully Top Five Star! I will come back with my kids... Thanks again!

Received semi-perm and haircut (mid-long) for women for only $50. The ladies who helped me were very kind. They listened to what I desired while also providing input based on my face shape and hair thickness/strength. They constantly provided me tips on how to shape my hair on a daily basis for the beautiful look. I would highly recommend this place to anyone near Cerritos!
