I was on my last day visiting my 82 year old mom when I noticed her heater was not working. I called up Tempco, explained the situation, within hours they sent Austin in. He replaced the thermostat, kept the job site clean. That night Southern California had record cold temperatures. We were very lucky to have Tempco help us.

What a Great Team. Our furnace went down at the worse time possible. I called Tempco, and explained our story. Dan was out the same day, beside the fact that he had plans to leave out of town for some family R&R, that same morning. As it turned out, there was no repairing our 35+year old system. A new one had to go in. We had a very tight timeline, (our side) and a VERY sensitive situation, (again, our end). Dan, Gloria and the guys made everything go so smoothly. I was able to leave everything to them and they followed through in every way. Wonderful communication, helpful, great follow up skills, compassionate, and so easy to work with. Dan was always personally on top of every point, and Gloria, is an angel, and took on handling rebate paperwork and follow thru as tho I were a family friend. I'm fairly certain I could have gone to some big box store and saved a little $, but I am equally certain I would not have received the same personal service I received from this family of professionals.

These guys are amazing! Besides being very reasonable in price, their quality of work is amazing. I am the type of guy that notices the little things and can appreciate a professional when i see one. The workers were considerate and kept their word as promised. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!
