“This place is great if you’re looking for a place with amazing services, equipment, and staff. There’s is tons of options for treatment one of them will work for u. All their equipment is clean and is up to date. Finally the staff is engaging, helpful, and know what they are doing with these three factors your not gonna find a better clinic.“
“I would give Dr. Ngo 10 stars if I could! Such a caring person! Took my son here after getting injured from his track meet. Dr. Ngo is so knowledgeable and he took his time to assess my son and gave him exercises and tips to help with his recovery. He regularly followed up to see how he was doing (you won't get this from any other doctors) and even offered to go to his track meet! He treated my son like his own! I'm so glad we found his office and so conveniently close to where we live. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ngo to all friends and family!!“
“was recommended to this place by my dr for my heel spur and right knee arthritis have had 11 appointments so far and feel 20% better“
“I've been coming here for about four months now. And I have to say Physical Therapy works. Feeling better a day at a time. The staff is great, professional, dedicated and caring. Office hours are flexible which is a plus. They all make you feel at home! It's a large facilityI truly recommend La Palma Physical Therapy.“
“I like the staff here but some of the clientele act inappropriate with women. I was doing my exercises and some male patient wouldn't stop staring and tried initiating communication with me. I was really uncomfortable but didn't want to say anything to staff cause it would have been obvious if I said anything plus what could they do anyways? I wish when staff sets you up in your next workout space, they would stop positioning two complete strangers facing each other, having to ignore each other and feel uncomfortable the entire time. Especially when it's male to female. Use common sense! Give each person their own space and don't face patients towards each other when they're so close. It's so uncomfortable..“
“I always have pain on my back, neck, and arms which sometimes is debilitating. Dr. Alan and the staff at Knight was so awesome, they did some really great treatments on me and showed me how to apply some exercises at home. My pain level has gone down a lot. They are the best around, I highly recommend them.“
“I came here after experiencing severe sciatica and piriformis pain. Matthew was my PT. He was great to work with, really knowledgeable, and just genuinely concerned with my improvement. I felt much better after two sessions; (I did my exercises at home in between sessions). Everyone at the front was really nice, too. Hopefully, I'm never in the same kind of agony I was in when I went in, but I would definitely return if my body starts going out of whack again.“
“Recently moved to the area and found Alamitos Physical Therapy. Great facility, friendly therapists and staff!“
“No lie this guy made me walk right away his techniques are like no other very impressive what he can do! I would highly recommend everyone to give him a try definitely going again!“
“Like other reviewers this place is clean and people are friendly and have effective therapists. It's a small business. I recommend this place. The biggest downside is the scheduling. If you want an initial consultation you might have to wait at least 4 weeks or more. If you're lucky someone will cancel and you MAY get the spot since you're on a waiting list. But be warn that it will not be the time you can make if you work the normal business hours. Notice can be just hours. If the therapist cancels your appt that you made weeks ago the next available spot may also be WEEKS away. They are always booked weeks and weeks ahead. Little flexibility unless you're making an appt about 2-3 weeks in advance. When they are busy they don't answer your calls.“
