My massage therapist Sandra was heaven sent! She's professional, knowledgeable and kind. I'd spend my last dime letting her get me aligned . She's definitely an asset to the practice.
The care by the Artesia location chiropractor doctors have been very effective thus far (3 sessions in). They provide specific treatments for your individual needs and ease you into each phase of treatment with assurance that they will alter treatment as needed rather than a one method treats all attitude. The only suggestion would be is to let you know in advance what your insurance covers. Example.... I didn't know I could be getting a covered half hour massage in addition to my chiro session until a staff member looked it up for me when I was inquiring about massages. I lost out on 3 free massage sessions....darn
This facility has a high level of professionalism. The front desk staff keeps everything running smooth. I personally utilize the massage therapy services to help with the scar tissue from a broken leg and have been thrilled with the progress. I highly recommend this place. I was also surprised that they take kaiser for Chiropractic services.
