Please, put up a note on malfunction equipment. Asking for people's name, address, and other personal information in order for us to get a refund for failing equipment taking our money is not the way to go. Thank you

So it's kind of odd that you don't have a company phone with a voicemail both number from google and Yelp are out of service I do come here extremely often as this place is across the street from my house now almost everytime I come here the tire cleaner degreaser never works now today I swipe my card I turn to high pressure to start my wash and the pipes above start chattering and now there's no water pressure nobody here to give refund no company phone number to leave information for refund and no paper and pen to provide information for refund so now you guys get a review please inform when someone will be in office as I would like my money back thank you

Unfortunately, there's no way to get a receipt. Their machine took $9 from me and didn't work. There is no way to contact someone to get a refund. Update: I had to dispute the charge when it appeared on my checking account as $22. I will never go to this car wash again.Wish I could make it zero stars.
