Like other reviewers this place is clean and people are friendly and have effective therapists. It's a small business. I recommend this place. The biggest downside is the scheduling. If you want an initial consultation you might have to wait at least 4 weeks or more. If you're lucky someone will cancel and you MAY get the spot since you're on a waiting list. But be warn that it will not be the time you can make if you work the normal business hours. Notice can be just hours. If the therapist cancels your appt that you made weeks ago the next available spot may also be WEEKS away. They are always booked weeks and weeks ahead. Little flexibility unless you're making an appt about 2-3 weeks in advance. When they are busy they don't answer your calls.

This PT facility is small but very clean, tidy and well furnished with necessary equipment, materials, and instruments. But above all, their staffs are courteous and amazingly efficient in setting appointments and reminders. Their PTs and PT assistants are well trained and experienced. This is my 1st time I experienced my wrist pain treated with a hot wax wrap and thorough manipulation method which helped relieved the pain and ultimately cured it. My recent treatment plan involved my neck pain. I honestly admit that this is the 1st time I've experienced very deep tissue manipulation of my neck and shoulder muscle that truly relieved the muscle tension and loosen up tight knotted muscles in the area. Special kudos to assistant therapist, Stacey S. who provides a thorough muscle manipulation care for her patients and she is very effective.

The staff and services at Ascend are the best.....friendly, courteous and very professional. If you are looking for personalized physical therapy services, I highly recommend you give Ascend a call.
