I have been going to Tenli every two weeks for 18 months for injury to my lower back caused by an accident. I was in chronic pain and having to take NSAIDs for relief. Finally I have been able to reduce the amount of meds and can manage ADL so much more easily now. The best and most important aspect is Tenli is a registered PT which means she has thorough knowledge of anatomy and physiology which is so important for one who has suffered injuries. It's the best thing I've done for myself!!
