We purchased a home in Pismo Beach that we planned to rent out. We were introduced to John King by our realtor. John accompanied us to the home prior to our offer and advised us on what needed to be done to get the home ready for renting. After we purchased the home, John did everything we needed and we now rent the house. Since it has been rented, we had a huge problem after a rainstorm and called John. He immediately responded and handled everything for us. He is an excellent communicator and gives solid advise. John remodeled my kitchen and Living Room. He did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. He was always on time and got the job done as promised. Over the years I have called him on numerous projects and he was always able to get them done for a good price and quickly. John is so easy to work with. I highly recommend John.
