Always a great experience in this office. Karolina Crook does a thorough skin check, and explains anything that she sees and possible treatments that maybe needed. The front office staff and her Medical Assistant are also kind and professional.
Front office could up their customer service game. I waited half an hour after my appointment time to be seen. There was no mention of NP running behind schedule or apology for the delay. Otherwise, great experience as usual. NP does a thorough job and has a great balance of professionalism and friendliness
My visit was prompt & friendly. The medical assistant who roomed me was friendly and thorough when addressing reason for the visit. The provider I saw entered the room with a smile and was pleasant during conversation throughout the visit. My concerns were heard and a plan that worked for all was placed. Very happy with the care received.
