I have a contract with this company signed on 7/11/2022 and gave them a deposit for $3750 for a patio cover. They promised 10-16 weeks for completion. After numerous calls for updates, still no response from them and 9 months have passed so far. Does anyone know of any class action suit against this company?

This company is a bunch of losers. Owner wanats your $$$ just so he can get materials for another job. I spent 50K. My room is still leaking. The so - called fixer has been here at our home four times. Yes.the quality sucks!!! I have pics.John Ghenes
