The professionalism of both Dr. Bergs and the entire staff is evident in their friendly demeanor and their ability to handle my nervous pup. The clinic maintains impeccable cleanliness in its exam rooms, while the pricing remains fair. The integration of the PetDesk app further streamlines communication, offering a convenient text feature for easy access to the front desk and appointment scheduling. This place is like the gold standard of top-notch vet care, making sure your pets are happy and their owners are super satisfied.
The office staff is always polite and helpful. The Vet Techs are very knowledgeable and accommodating. Dr. Berg goes above and beyond helping me understand my cats condition. He was very kind in calling me after hours to answer some concerning questions I had. I felt so much better after I talked to him. He is well educated.
Being new to the area, I did not have a vet. I read online reviews for Five Cities Vet and they were all great reviews. Took my dog in last week. Excellent service, great staff & Dr Berg was wonderful. Everyone was very caring and very kind to my dog! I am VERY glad I came here & will continue to bring my dog here.
