Though I’ve been to many gyms on the central coast, Fit4ever Fitness suits me well with excellent instructors, fun but challenging classes and an amazing trainer/owner - Lauren Westbay!

Fantastic gym, Very Pleased and loved to go there! Immaculate, everybody is so friendly, Especially the owner! Great equipment, that is great for every part and muscle. Never crowded and this gym has a Huge selection of classes to suit your needs, for every age. A wonderful setting outside, of which you can look out during your workouts on the treadmill, bike or eliptical machine! I unfortunately, had to end my membership, due to moving out of the area, but very reasonable price, and Lauren offers private training! I highly recommend this gym!

The most aesthetically pleasing and scenic gym in SLO county. This facility also has a sparkling clean weight room, fun, and challenging classes for any age or fitness level. I really like the HIIT and yoga sculpt classes. Shout of to my favorite instructor Ashley and Lauren! The membership price is fair and there’s always parking! As a bonus you can use the trails around the gym for walking.
