We had the worst experience while trying to get check up here for my girlfrienda pregnancy. we came on a monday said we came late and had to be there by 12pm. Showed up on Tuesday at 9:30, waiting 3 hours for a gender kit they didn't have and they didn't brother to tell us. It's our first baby and we are so frustrated on how much we spent here for them not to helps us with anything. FUCK THIS PLACE FOR REAL

There is nothing about this facility I would recommend to anyone. Drive to any other facility if you have to. People packed into waiting rooms, surly staff, confused online billing, endless time spent on phone waiting to hear a human voice. Not sure I have ever had a worse experience in a medical facility.

Not a very friendly place to have your blood drawn. Most of the workers are very cold and do not greet people with any warmth or respect. No "good mornings", no "how are you", no "right this way", no "please have a seat while I process your paperwork". No "thank you for using our lab", or even "have a nice day" when you leave. I've used this lab numerous times now and have mostly gotten a negative vibe there. Once or twice I've gotten an amiable phlebotomist. Those are not happy workers and it show in their demeanors. I realize they process a lot of people but they act like they hate us and/or their jobs! I'll drive 30 miles before I ever go back there again.
