Such an amazing studio!! I joined CYB when i moved here and the entire staff is so welcoming. their classes are amazing and fun and definitely get you in shape! 10/10 recommend CYB.

I love CYB! I’ve been a member for a year now and it’s transformed my life. The owner, front desk staff, and instructors are all so wonderful. The studio offers a good variety of classes, the facilities are clean, and the overall vibe and brand is just fun and motivating! I’ve never seen a studio like it and am so glad to be a part of it.

I love this yoga studio. I haven’t tried Barre or Cycling. The “hot” yoga is done less hot (92-94) than other places which makes it accessible for me. Hotter and I overheat in a not-good way. I love this heat - my body loosens up easily. The staff is friendly and the instructors are first rate. I also love the dim lighting and no mirrors for inward focus.
